Carnival Celebration is the second Excel Class ship sailing under Carnival Cruise Lines, the first being Mardi Gras. This ship has many nods to Carnival's history as a company, and that even carries into the bars and restaurants onboard - of which there are many. In fact, there are more restaurants on this class of ship than any other in the Carnival fleet.
