In an announcement leading to changes at many cruise lines, the Bahamian Prime Minister Dr Hubert Minnis signed an emergency powers order that prohibits cruise ships from entering Bahamian ports unless all persons 12 and older are fully vaccinated against COVID-19. read more

Soon you’ll be able to again cruise the Caribbean. After a year without cruising in the region, lines have coordinated with several island nations and gained permission to set sail from ports outside of the US as early as June 5th. Every time I’ve cruised to Nassau, the ship has left port before sundown. When booking my cruise, I noticed Mariner of the Seas would be staying in port until midnight... I took a Sunset Harbour Cruise and got some beautiful views of Nassau. read more
